It was a very spacious two bedroom apartment very clean very comfortable, and above all the owner came to welcome us and was very helpful and very kind with us. He did everything to make us comfortable.

I had a great time. The location was great, just a little walk to the town. The host was super friendly and the apartment was very clean and bed was comfortable.

Met by host at property. A very friendly chap is Giacomo...nothing was too much for him to do to make our stay better. Good parking 150 metres from property. Very pleasant apartment - outlook over the olive groves and vineyards just outside the city wall. Our apartment had a washer/drier which made laundry easy - we were on a 7 week trip and couldn't carry 50 sets of clothes!. Well equipped kitchen that didn't get much of a workout from us - but could easily have self catered own mels.

Location was excellent just a short walk to the entrance of San Gimignano historic town. The apartment was very clean and bed was comfortable. Giacomo was extremely helpful and responded promptly when contacted. Great value for money and will definitely stay there again and will highly recommend to friends and family.

The host was super responsive and accomodating. He asked to message him about 30 minutes before our arrival, and was waiting for us at the property. He helped us locate public parking,

There was nothing that we didn't like. The property was exactly as described.

Everything, clean, confortable, great location, and excellent service. No doubts for those willing to enjoy San Gimignano

Everything was perfect! The apartment is located just a couple of minutes from the old town and is equiped with absolutely everything. Giacomo, our host, was amazing - so welcoming and warm. What a guy!!
