There was a fabulous employee her nickname is Shorty … what a lovely lady very attentive and helpful. She goes the extra mile for people!!! She is a great accent to your company I put her up for employee of the year . We will be back ❤️

Checked into a room that had no air conditioning and was handed a fan from the front desk and said sorry. this is the best we can do. Room was 78 plus degrees entire stay. Door would not secure so we had to trust that the clasp would prevent entry. Pool was indoors but was absolutely freezing. Requested refund for the room and IHG points were offered and said sorry this all we can do. Would never stay at another IHG facility.

Great flight

I booked a 2 bed and 1 fold out couch for my wife, 4 boys, and myself a month in advance. After driving for 13 hours we got to the motel to be told they didn’t have a room large enough for the 6 of us. I showed the guy at the front desk my reservation on my phone and he told me that they gave my room to someone else because they overbooked. Had to drive 2 more hours to find another hotel that could us. Very frustrating experience.

Juice machine broken, pancake machine broken, out of milk, pool broken. Other then that was a decent hotel.

The room was ok, but the pool water was very cold was dirty with dead insects and the bottom of the pool when you walk you can feel the dirt, on the out side, around the pool was full of dead insects, spiderwebs, very, very poor management. 👎

Nice hotel- new. Breakfast was good lots of options

Clean rooms and common areas. Comfortable beds. I like that the rooms have Dove products instead of the regular, low grade hotel products.

Shower floor has mold and not cleaned. Staff is friendly and brought me towels when I asked.
