Great location in downtown Colorado Springs. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very kind. Our room was on the 10th floor & the view was fantastic!

"very nice stay"

Pleasant hotel within immediate walking distance of downtown/restaurants & shops. Room generously sized and quiet. Staff friendly and accommodating. Parking is a little awkward with no direct connection into hotel from lot, but only two levels and a close jaunt to entry with plenty of curbside room for offloading with attendant present.

The breakfast was not complimentary - $18

There were loose fixtures (doorknobs and TP holder), no bulb in the bathroom nightlight, and the bathtub faucet was held together with silicone. Parking - $17 after paying $171 for one night?
