Honeysuckle Inn & Conference Center

There is nothing I dislike about this property. It is close to everything i want to do but just out of tge main flow of traffic. I have Red Lobster, Golden Corral Cracker Barrel and Taco Bell really within walking distance.

Close to all my needs.

Front desk staff was very informative and friendly. Easy access to all amenities and nice breakfast. Older hotel, needs some updates and a little better cleaning.

It was clean and warm when we got there. I wish I would have asked for room with a refrigerator.

Was clean for what the maid had to work with, but definitely needs to be updated.

When we arrived we turned on the heat and it smelled terrible and the fire alarm went off. We called the front desk and she came and said it probably smelled like that Cause the heat had not been turned on. But I showed her where the light in the unit said change the filter and she said she would get some one to work On it. We were there three days and they never replaced the filter.

The place is old and a bit outdated but I’ve stayed here several times and love it. It’s comfortable, off the strip, staff is friendly. Good breakfast. Will stay again.

Checked into this hotel for 10 nights to attend the Feast of Tabernacles with the Church of God Ministries International. I had made reservation four months ahead to be near the meeting room. I need a wheelchair to get to meetings. I reserved a comfort king; I needed the couch to elevate my left foot. I was given a king without the couch in another building, which required a long trip in the wheelchair. The floors were filthy, turning my white socks black. The sink was dirty and the shower ridge on top left my hands black. You could write your name in the dust on the refrig. The closet shelf fell down coating our suits and dresses with sheetrock dust. I had to go out and purchase a portable clothes rack to hang up our clothes. The first few mornings we woke up congested. The AC filter was filthy and moldy. The meetings were to be broadcast worldwide, but they didn't have Wi-Fi. Over 100 people in attendance but despite 80 temperatures, there was no AC. We checked in on Saturday and on Monday our key card didn't work. I called the office and they said "Sorry" the key card had been activated only for the weekend. There was no maid service and towels were exchange if you left them outside the door. The only bright spot was the breakfast cared for by Joyce. She was great. We had stayed here in years past, but the hotel is quickly going downhill. The office staff are totally UNSAT and only know the words "I'm sorry". One time, when I called, they had me on the second floor. BEWARE, do not stay here!!!

Poorly made beds. Carpet dirty, needs upgraded

Room was nice but simple, no loveseat. Basic amenities were available.
