Nice place to stay. We have stayed several times and each time has been a pleasant stay.

Friendly Staff. Great Breakfast

Horrible customer service at check out! I had to go to the office several times to get my key reprogrammed (no it wasn’t by my credit cards). They had zero interest in me being irritated that I had to walk up and down the hill to the office. Not even an I’m sorry, an “oh goodness”, good grief, or I’m sorry. Nothing. That’s what I get for trying to find a quick cheap place to stay on here.

Hotel is on a hill, the clerk explained how we could park on the front side, and our room would be ground level. The hot breakfast was very good.

Two reasons we booked here. Past visits clean rooms and nice pools. Indoors incase of rain. Both pools out of service and rooms not clean.

I got there at 11:30 on Friday night, with 213-year-old boys, only to find out that not only was the outdoor pool down for a week, but also the indoor pool. Property is going downhill, in my opinion. We found a lot of gross things in our room.

The floors where stained with pet urine. The carpets were so dirty our feet turned black. It was so bad we didn’t not take out shoes off except for when we got into bed. The shower itself was stained and had black king hairs until it and we are all blonde headed. The shower drain did not drain. On one good note. The air conditioner worked well and the beds were comfortable but the pillows were flat.

Stayed here a couple of times now and it's always clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast bar is very good. Had to leave a day early and there was no problem refunding us for the rooms. Will stay here again
