Hotel Alhaja Puebla Centro Histórico

No elevator. Lots of stairs. Off street room was quiet. Staff is excellent.

Buena estancia, es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos, esta vez solamente le faltó a nuestra habitación un ventilador, pero el servicio y la limpieza sin problemas

Great simple place to stay near the town center.

Can’t beat the location and the staff were great! Maid was super helpful and friendly. Coffee was set out in central location every morning along with toast, butter and jam. Location was perfect!

It was a bit noisy outside our room facing the street. The hotel is old and room was a little dingy and needed to be painted.

Location close to zocalo

Small room in poor condition. Bed lumpy. Motion sensor light in bathroom annoying as light went on and off while in use.

Great location

Excellent location. It is just a few minutes walk to the center. A good rate money changer is just a few minutes away. Many restaurants are nearby. The reception is nice and friendly. The bed is comfortable. A basic breakfast is fine. Free parking for us, but in a different location. Please, check and recheck your car when you check out.

They do not have a lift. So, all just by the stairs. There is a leak in the bathroom.

Estuvo excelente, la chicas de recepción fueron muy amables y atentas, la habitación estaba muy bonita la cama muy cómoda, se encontraba todo limpia todo el orden se los recomiendo, estuve 2 días y fue de lo mejor

The location was fabulous, 2 blocks to the Zocolo. Nights were quiet in the hotel which made for good rest as the bed was fabulous. Staff were friendly and kind.

The shower was cold for the first days, and the shower head was damaged. Shower drain blocked. Sensor lights came on and off all the time alone.
