Hotel Alhaja Puebla Centro Histórico

No hay cómo bajar las maletas del auto sin infringir las leyes de tránsito, el estacionamiento está muy lejos, el cuarto mal distribuido, apenas y caben las dos camas, feo, sucio. Las ropa de cama sucia, mala ventilación, el escusado muy pequeño, la regadera es horrible. No puedo encontrar algo que me hubiera gustado. La atención en recepción mala. La peor experiencia que he sufrido en un hotel; me arrepiento de haber contratado, lo bueno es que sólo fue una noche.

Location near Zocalo.

The room was dirty and the property is definitely in need of some painting/renovation. I stayed two nights, first day shower was cold, second day shower was warm(er), but water pressure miserable. Towels were old with holes in it. Light sensors were very annoying and light was turning off/on constantly. A lot of noise inside the hotel and whole night the bright light from the hallway in the room. One of the worst hotels I stayed in the last years and the worst one I stayed in in Mexico. Avoid this property if possible.

Muy limpio y el personal muy amable.

En general lamhanitacupn estuvo bien, limpia y cómoda a lo que le falta mucho mantenimiento es a la regadera ya que estaba tapada por la cantidad de sarro en ella además que se salía el agua por todos lados y se inhunda el área de la entrada

The location is great: very close to the Zocalo, a lot of good food nearby. Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable

The main thing is same as in a lot of hotels in Mexico: no “do not disturb” sign but in this hotel the lady actually unlocked the door when we were asleep and I literally woke up when she was already opening the door and I looked at her and she just said sorry and left. No sign, no knock? The room can get pretty stuffy

Muy buena atención y el espacio en excelentes condiciones, tanto habitación como exterior (área de comida). Además, muy amables.
