My second stay at the Indigo, my favorite place to stay in Brooklyn because of the location, spacious rooms, staff, facilities, views, and easy subway access. This time I was on a recon trip in preparation for my son's upcoming small wedding. We have booked rooms for multiple family members, ages 1-77, with varied itineraries. During my stay, I had a meeting with Chandler, the super personable and competent manager. Although it was very busy day at the hotel, he went above and beyond...showed me around in depth (including the suite we booked for the wedding couple), double checked our bookings, noted our room preferences, and helped set up an informal breakfast for the group. We are big travelers and it is rare to find this level of service - Chandler even called me when I returned home with a response to my email. Weddings are stressful, especially when planned from afar. But after meeting Chandler and re-visiting the Indigo, we know we will be in good hands.
