"Love this location"

I come to NYC often for work and I ALWAYS request to stay here. This will be my 5th time staying for 2+ weeks. This location is easy walking to any of the hot spots in Williamsburg and has a subway stop right outside if you want to go anywhere else in NYC. This hotel indigo always takes care of me in every way. Anaise at the front desk goes above and beyond to offer help and information. I also love the gym here, it has more machines than regular hotel gyms. See you again soon!

Anaise was OUTSTANDING at the front desk in every possible !! This is our 3d time staying at this hotel and she is consistently cheery and helpful and it is very obvious she enjoys her job and her position w The Indigo hotel. It is also very obvious the staff all work together and seem genuinely happy doing so. Anaose gave us excellent eating suggestions, was helpful in offering assistance at different times during our stay.. we will stay here again and again when we come in to visit!! The indigo hotel is lucky to have. Anaise!!

"Room very big for New York, not much of a personal touch."

Room very quiet, especially considering right on Metropolitan avenue, 2nd floor!

Only had one bath towel for two people. Lighting in room is modern but intrusive.

"We were there for a family wedding. There was no time to use the public areas. It would have been good to feel our room"

Public areas were lovely as were the staff.

Poor standard of cleaning in our room. We didn’t use the coffee machine but moved it back a bit and the caked in stains were not pleasant to see as well as the caked in stains all over the dressing table. The floor wasn’t swept! I must say the bathroom was cleaned well.
