Det første værelse vi fik tilbudt lå lige ud til det mest trafikerede lyskryds i Williamsburg. Det helt uacceptabelt. Vi fik så efterfølgende tilbudt et andet værelse.

Heating system didn’t work and it was freezing in our loft suite. We only stayed for a few hours because we all ended up sick. We paid over $500 and were very disappointed. We never heard from anyone after speaking with front desk.

"Bien placé"

L’emplacement : métro au pied de l’hôtel, on arrive très rapidement au centre de Manhattan (15 à 20 mn) et Williamsburg est un quartier de New York très sympa

Les femmes de ménage sont quelquefois distraites : oublie de faire le ménage ou serviettes manquantes Notre chambre donnait sur la rue très bruyante, demander une chambre sur l’arrière de l’hôtel

Very friendly staff

A/C did not work and room was over 80 degrees, there was a loud buzzing noise that never stopped in the bathroom, there were only two pillows and hardly any blankets, there were bugs in the bathroom. highly uncomfortable and would like a partial refund

La ubicación

Nos dieron una habitación 630) sin buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado, nos cambiaron a otra, pero el administrador nos tocó, en forma insistente la puerta a las 12.39 am para el asegurarse q nosotros estábamos en la habitación (530 ), teniendo la habitación telefono, el personal que nos atendió esa noche del 31 de abril en horas de la noche, no nos atendió correctamente , dándonos la atención personalizada que cualquier huésped tiene q tener.
