Buccleuch Apartment

I thought the apartment was cute and had everything we could want. It was private and secure with its own parking spot. Plenty of space inside, too!

The bed sheets were stained so we slept on top of the covers and the cream carpets were almost black in areas. Finally there was a lot of commotion and noise from neighbours outside the apartment but we could not really hear this whilst inside, only when out for cigarettes. If there were new sheets and the carpets weren’t so bad then it would have been an excellent review - even with the neighbours!

The heating didn't work... The temperature was very low... Plus the TVs didn't work either

The location was good.

As soon as we walked in we were hit with the smell of smoke. I was also disappointed with the lack of communication from the landlord to questions that we asked in advance. Also items in the kitchen had to be cleaned before we could use them.

We did not see a single staff member on our stay and also no one come to clean that property for all those days

No cleaning at all ridicules 3 time rang on the number for cleaning but didn't come for cleaning

items within the flat to use, such as hairdryer, and food stuff like biscuits & cereal.

the double bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and the window coverings (blinds) were not sufficient and let in lots of light at sunrise. Hallway carpet was in poor condition and stained.
