"Spacious villa with good facilities but needed a car / taxi as the villa is really far out of Funchal. A few things"

Nice pool, spacious villa with plenty of bathrooms. Enjoyed the table tennis table and pool table.

Lots of things not working - couldn’t open/close outside sun shades, couldn’t use rain shower in main bedroom (no handle) nor have a bath as there was no plug, showers generally weren’t draining well, coffee machine wasn’t working (leaked water on to counter when we tried it), some fans didn’t work. Basic supplies not provided - eg no washing up liquid or tea towels. My mistake but hadn’t realised there was no air con and it was very very hot! Noise from nursery and dog kennels was a bit annoying.

erg ruim appartement met een mooie rustige ligging. Funcal centrum is op 15 minuten rijden met de auto

het appartement heeft wel wat onderhoud nodig. niet alle zonneluifels werken. ook het tegelwerk in het zwembad heeft onderhoud nodig.
