Nice room but they lack in room service stay two nights and they never came clean the room. Even leaving the please clean sign out as they suggested. Also the website says breakfast buffet, but it is an extra cost. Breakfast is not included as the page says. The location was great.

I love the Spiwak. Both hotels are amazing and very secure and safe. I only stay at Spiwak when I travel to Cali.

Very nice and clean
The hotel is in a safe area with plenty of friendly security, both private and city, in the premises. The room style is very similar to TRU Hotel models. Just slightly longer and has a balcony (there’s a about a 4 inch gap between the glass fence and the balcony base/be careful of traveling with kids). Something I want to address that definitely affected my view from this hotel is that, after the fact that I stayed in the hotel, IF YOU BOOKED THIS HOTEL THROUGH ANY 3rd PARTY ( Orbitz, Expedia, etc), YOU WONT GET COMPLIMENTARY PARKING. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT EVERY TIME. The only way to avoid this is to book through THEIR website or calling THEM (Spirito) directly. There’s a catch: If you book through Spirito to avoid paying for parking, you would have to pay extra to get breakfast included ( which is very varied and very good). If you book through Orbitz, it includes the breakfast but you are uncovered about the parking. That said, if you are fine with it, you will have a good time. I would like more transparency with that kind of information beforehand and not find out when you are about to get out of their parking lot and to have to pay because of that little big detail was left out.
Excellent location, the hotel looks a bit gloomy and abandoned, the rooms are large and desolate, the cleaning is terrible, it seems the sheets have not been changed for a long time. It looks dirty. The restaurant service at breakfast time is self-service and the breakfast is nothing to compare. I would not recommend this hotel. I honestly expected much more.
