KEExcellent location next to this huge and very well stocked Mall that caters for all tastes. The rooms were clean, the staff super friendly and the aura full of warm and charm. It is an unforgettable place to stay in. I would recommend it to all travelling to the beautiful city of Cali
USThe hotel appears somewhat “unfinished”. Built in concrete with the raw concrete walls exposed, the hotel has a temporary and incomplete feel. I actually thought that construction was not yet completed. But the old pre-WiFi Ethernet outlets told me that the hotel had been in existence for some time. Anyhow, the room was pleasant. I had a large room with a kitchen sink, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. No electric kettle. No carpets which assured enhanced cleanliness. Breakfast served in open space in hotel middle or on rainy days in other room which appeared to be a ballroom. There is no restaurant and no bar. So you have to go across the road to the Spiwak hotel for lunch or evening fare. The hotel on the other side of road is considerably better than the Sprito Spiwak, I observed. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Excellent costumer service!!! After losing my laptop charger (and despite not being resident) the staff at Hotel Spirto went the extra mile to review CCTV and tracked down the charger for me. I was very grateful and very impressed with the dedicate for the hotel team. 5 stars!!!
For me the best thing is the employees, excellent service and attention, the room was excellent, spacious, clean and with an excellent view of the city and the mountains.
