When we arrived, we were told that the water will be shut off starting at 9:30. Yep, after we booked and paid for our rooms.

We stayed for bar and restaurant and they were both closed during stay. Water was turned off for 6 hours. Bugs in room

Was not happy that was told breakfast was at 7, went to breakfast got a plate and then we had to pay. Would of been better to know ahead of time we would of went somewhere else. One plate with little fruit and it was 30 dollars

Get away for 1 night and rest. Room was ok but the old heater:AC unit should be changed. I could not sleep all night due to the cracking loud noise, even if only the fan is on. I reported twice to front desk but he seemed it was normal as there was no empathy or change rooms? I even took a video of it and asked front desk agent if he wanted to see it, he said no!! The bathroom exhaust really really needs to be cleaned. It is horrible and a 6 foot person can see it has rarely been cleaned out!!! Upon check out. A guest and I had to wait 5+ minutes at the fd because nobody was there and it was so odd that it didn’t feel like a hilton. Just an odd stay. Will rate it ok at a 3 of 5. Maybe I will give it another try but I see many other Hilton hotels around this property

Double Tree—Brookfield is solidly becoming our "go-to" hotel preference when visiting the area (mostly in February and April for volunteering at some larger events). Rooms are always clean and fresh-smelling, well adorned, and warm-feeling. Beds are always great. The staff is always friendly and helpful! The only burp this year was a plugged commode that defied clearing. We were quickly moved next door to a new room. As with most hotels we frequent, the air system vents could be cleaned a bit more often. We are often early launchers for the day so we skip the breakfast options. Good parking. Easy to get back on the main drag. Great location within the Brookfield business area.

Front desk attendant was rude and sloppy. I asked about a free breakfast because that’s what was on the website and she laughed at me. The rooms are old and dingy. There’s holes in the walls and the story has stains all over it. The elevator looks like it’s not been vacuumed in years. So embarrassing to have to pay for this stay. I also called the front desk for coffee pods and she never brought them.
