Park MGM Las Vegas

My stay at Park MGM was disappointing from the very beginning. While the room itself was clean and well-maintained, several aspects of the guest experience fell short of expectations. The primary reason I chose this hotel was its proximity to the concert venue, which was convenient. However, the lack of basic amenities such as a kettle for hot water and a microwave to heat up food made the stay less comfortable than anticipated. I was also frustrated by the MGM Rewards enrollment process, which required me to create a new account using a different email address rather than allowing me to use my existing information. Additionally, I made multiple unsuccessful attempts to check in and check out digitally, which created unnecessary inconvenience. Another disappointment was the in-room dining experience. The information provided indicated that breakfast orders began at 7:00 a.m., yet I was unable to place an order before 7:30 a.m. despite several attempts. Unfortunately, the combination of these issues overshadowed the positive aspects of the stay. While the location was ideal for attending my concert, the overall experience did not meet the standard I expected and left me disappointed.

No in-room coffee. No refrigerator.

They said our room wasn't ready when we got there. After traveling all day long and being exhausted in that heat, they said they text us when it's ready. We must have waited at least an hour and a half for a text that we did not receive! I finally went to the rewards program and they call the desk and then finally we got the text that our room is ready. It made me late for my seminar that I paid for.

Our stay at the Park MGM was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the beds are comfortable as well as the pillows. I used the self park this time and was happy to see how easy it was to park without going onto the Las Vegas Blvd. The casino is very pleasant smelling as it is a smoke-free environment. Variety of different types of restaurants and take-out restaurants throughout the casino, too.

Smoke-free hotel, great location, tram accessibility to bellagio fountains and other hotels, great food options, right next to T-Mobile arena, comfy beds, housekeeping was done every day so we never had to request for more towels and toiletries, on-your-own check in and check out availability so didn't have to wait in long lines.

If you have difficulty with loud noises being next to the T-Mobile arena may not be great if you like taking naps because we could hear a hockey game and loud cheering and buzzers throughout the day but other than that, no complaints here.
