"Used to be my favorite. Not anymore"

This is our go to Hotel since they opened! We literally have stayed there with freshly painted walls and when they didn’t even have Eataly or anywhere to eat, so we had to go to NYNY for the nearest food. THAT is how long we’ve been staying here. This however, was THE WORST stay. Our standard room was falling apart. The tiles came off in the bathroom, the walls were dirty aa well. Stained with what seemed like tanning lotion or makeup. Not sure. The bed sheets were stained. It was the ugliest most disgusting room we’ve ever had. We booked through Amex and were not offered an upgrade, on a Monday evening! The girl at check in looked miserable and killed our mood. To our surprise there is an ADDITIONAL overnight fee for Valet which they didn’t have before so be aware!

The room was very clean, but they don't have mini fridge in the room. Cost extra. The resort fee is 50 bucks a night, so don't let the room rate fool ya. Drinks are VERY expensive throughout the property.

No mini fridge. Cost of drinks and food.
