Best location, loved the smokless casino. Enjoyed Eataly! Room was comfortable and clean - great value.

Park MGM is clean, smoke free, great value and good location. They have good amenities. The rooms are somewhat small and it is set away from the strip view. Pool was nice. We love Eataly. Good solid, moderate resort overall, so it is definitely worth the price.

I selected this property because it is marketed as a non-smoking hotel, and I expected a fresh, clean, and comfortable environment. Unfortunately, my experience in my assigned room (7th floor) did not meet those expectations. The air in the room felt extremely muggy, humid, and stale. Since the windows do not open, the lack of fresh air and limited air circulation made the room feel uncomfortable. It caused me to sneeze and made it difficult to breathe comfortably and relax during my stay. The room itself was clean, and I appreciate the effort to maintain a smoke-free environment. However, comfortable air quality is a basic expectation of any hotel stay, especially when paying resort fees. The location of Park MGM is excellent and convenient for exploring the Strip, and the staff interactions I had were professional. However, the poor air quality significantly affected my overall experience. I hope management reviews the ventilation and guest comfort concerns because the property has potential to provide a much better experience. Great resort! Non smoking, great food choices, 3 nice pools.

Very average. Could not charge to room they had my name reversed.

No affordable food court.
