I will never use booking.com ever again. We traveled for my daughter's college graduation to find out that the hotel did not have our reservation. We had my elderly mother with us and had to spend time trying to figure out what to do. This took away from the reason we were there. Never again will I use this service!

Hot chocolate bar was nice, staff was very helpful. He went out of his way to make sure the room fit our needs

No free breakfast and the pool was cold
