We enjoyed our two night stay very much; it was a quiet weekend and we were not disturbed by hallway noise. The staff was attentive and friendly and the multiple meals we had at Twelve01 Kitchen and Tap were phenomenal! Many thanks!

Not sure if this place just needs a carpet replacement, but it smelled musty and generally bad in the hallways and worse in the room. Appreciated the EV charger availability.

The Holiday Inn wouldn't honor our confirmation booking when we tried to check into the property. Said they didn't have a record of the reservation, even though we provided the confirmation # and PIN. Therefore due to no other rooms available, we had no room for the night.
