Nothing! Even though I had proof of confirmation, they said we were not in their system and they didn't have a room for us. We were there by 3:30 in the afternoon. This was not us with a late check-in. They said it was our problem and were pretty rude about. I made the original reservation in February. This was a college town graduation weekend. We knew rooms would be hard to find. They did not want to help us in any way. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

My issue was with booking.com!! I reserved the Raddison which sold to Hampton and booking.com never notified me. Reservation was cancelled by booking.com. I was never notified. I will never use booking.com again.

this was the sheridan until holiday inn bought them. this was for a graduation. so lots of peple had rooms reserved through you and when holiday inn bought sheridan at this location, none of us were notified so we had to re-book which we did and got lucky, however there was supposed to be breakfast included which didnt happen and you guys didnt even have coffee in the lobby, you had lemon water? lol. for $240.00 per night you fell short. i dont care whos falt it was but i will never get a room through booking.com ever again.
