Kahler Inn and Suites - Mayo Clinic Area

Been visiting here for the past 15 years. My wife and I are patients at Mayo Clinic. Our front desk service person ( name: Sai ) was a very friendly, helpful lady and performed above and beyond to allow us a room change because of special circumstances. She deserves an accolade. If you ever have the chance, introduce yourself to her and have trust in her.

Excellent Stay and Wonderful Service from Claire We recently stayed at Kahler Inn & Suites and had a great experience from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Claire at the front desk. She was friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure everything was in order for our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, especially for anyone visiting the Mayo Clinic area, which we were. The amenities were just what we needed — quiet, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, we really appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. Special thanks again to Claire for setting such a positive tone for our visit. I’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel as the beds are very comfortable and it is amazingly set up with the Mayo Clinic. Everything is close and there is an indoor corridor from the hotel to the Hospital. The hotel staff was incredible, especially Sai who works the front desk. She is extremely professional and hospitable.

Very pleasant stay. Adjoined the clinics. Staff was very helpful with directions and needs Definitely recommend to stay there and park in parking garage there.

I stay at the Kahler every year when I go to the Mayo Clinic. It's very convenient with a subway (walking) from the hotel to the clinic. My room was spacious and clean, everything worked. Claire at reception was polite, efficient and friendly. A great way to start my visit.

The room had lots of long hair on the floor by the tub shower. The towels were worn and mismatched. The shower water wouldn’t get very warm

Typically, location, but of course construction was a pain. Breakfast was good.

Shower was marginal....didn't look inviting with stains in the bottom and a weird repair job around the faucet.

The experience here was very good, and memorable. I'm writing this almost a year after staying at Kahler Inn & Suites. I stayed with my sister, in a room that seemed a little larger than a regular hotel room, but a little smaller than a suite. The room was a bit old looking, but everything was clean. We had to change rooms after the first night because the heating unit in our room suddenly failed. The desk staff handled everything efficiently. They booked us immediately into a different room. I was surprised about that because the hotel happened to be very crowded. A youth sports tournament (basketball?) was going to start the next day. Lots of parents and boys there. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It is not an extremely fancy place, but all is well. It is very close to all of the medical buildings at Mayo, and seemed to be a bit more economical in price compared to some of the others.
