"Remarkable customer service"

Due to medical reasons; I have stayed here multiple times and have reservations for February. Sai has been the most gracious, professional and pleasant representative I have ever encountered. She always has a smile on her face even when she is the only person working through the busiest of times.

"I would not recommend this hotel."

Breakfast was good. Location to Mayo was why we picked this hotel.

The room had a bad smell, the ac unit had a rattle, the toilet would not flush all the way it took 2 or more times to flush. The beds were very uncomfortable. Parking was not good. They never told us there was parking on the south side just the north and only found out our last day there.

Parking can be problematic as it (the underground parking facility)often appears full or nearly full.

"STAY AWAY."

I would equate our experience to a rundown motel 6. Everything about our stay was old and dirty. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
