El desayuno estuvo bien. La ubicación para los que nos gusta caminar está bien.

Wir kamen erst spät in Cartagena an und konnten dennoch mit einem Schlüsselkasten selbstständig einchecken. Leider hatten wir in der ersten Nacht ein Zimmer, in welchem die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und tropfte. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir aber ein neues Zimmer mit funktionierender Klimaanlage bekommen. Das Personal wirkte teilweise wenig hilfsbereit und flexibel.

Había café y agua disponible siempre en la recepción. Las chicas de limpiezas muy educadas y simpáticas.

Inmediatamente después de reservar ( 1 min) me di cuenta que me habia confundido de hotel, y pedí la cancelación sin costo, dieron mil vueltas durante días hasta que desistí. Al llegar a la mañana esperamos hasta las 15 para el check-in ( no hubo posibilidad de adelantar ni siquiera un minuto). Una vez que pudimos ingresar, nos tiramos a descansar ya que veníamos de un largo viaje. Fue imposible, estuvieron haciendo ruido de taladro toda la tarde hasta las 18, haciendo trabajos que claramente no eran urgentes. Al otro día nos preguntaron si podían hacer trabajos en nuestra habitación mientras no estábamos a lo que respondí que no, ya que tenía todas mis pertenencias. Accedieron a hacerlo mientras teníamos el desayuno..... No voy a hacerla más larga, al final perdimos 1 hora esperando que terminen. Para resumir, el personal de la recepción pésimo, siempre mala onda, todo el tiempo parecía que te estaban haciendo un favor la dejar hospedar ahí. El desayuno dos huevos y una fruta, todos los días... Las habitaciones se escucha todo, olvídate de privacidad o algo por el estilo. No les importa nada del turista, solo sacar dineros, no entiendo como tienen este puntaje en Booking.

The property is well-kept and the location is good. We also truly appreciate the staff’s kindness in keeping a lumbar pillow that my husband forgot and holding it for us until we could pick it up.

However, despite this gesture, our stay felt quite tense due to the excessive number of rules. Since smoking is forbidden inside, going out is a necessity, but the fact that the outside door is constantly locked makes it a bit of a hassle. When my husband forgot the key once, we were immediately reminded of the protocol. While we understand the need for security and house rules, the way they are enforced made us feel more like we were in a strictly regulated dormitory rather than on a relaxing holiday. It’s a nice place, but the rigid atmosphere makes it hard to fully unwind
