Not very important if you are going for vacations: The wifi was slow and the quality of the image in the TV cable was not good One thing that I'm not very happy are the sweet pastry at the breakfast they are not good.

This particular hotel is very well situated within easy walking distance to the best of Valdivia. There are numerous restaurants, plazas and coffee shops nearby. The staff is extremely helpful in providing you help with all your travel needs.

This hotel has exactly what one needs on a holiday: location and quiet. It's close to sights, to traditional coffee places (such as entrelagos), the river and its mercado fluvial, big supermarket for supplies, and absolute silence at night for a perfect quality sleep.

This is a perfectly clean and nice place to stay in Vladivia with nothing particularly special. It's very well located near the center of town and offers a simple breakfast. The rooms are fine if you're not paying attention to details (bathtub caulking or filled holes in the wall), they're spacious and very warm. There aren't a ton of options in Valdivia and this is just fine for a few nights.

My husband and I stayed in a double room with en suite bathroom (they also offer cabins). The place is old but very well kept and very clean. The rooms are big and the breakfast excellent, better than expected. People at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful. Close to the river, and downtown, shopping area and places to eat, everything within walking distance. Parking available. Good wifi. A very nice experience, hope I an came back.

Great hotel for the money. Good location...quite close to the waterfront. We walked from the bus station...which is a bit of a hike, but, not too bad. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Good bed, TV, wifi. Very clean.

Lovely beautiful boutique accommodations. The coffee at breakfast was lacking, instant nescafe does not cut it. The rest of the breakfast buffet was good, very good pastries, toast,home made jams and fresh fruit. Beds were comfortable, rooms were large. The only problem we had was not having hot water for a shower, it was fixed by the following morning.

I have stayed here several times, usually for two weeks at a time and have always had good service. The cabins are two storey with two bedrooms. Fair sized living area and free wifi. Breakfast had always been the same every year I come.

We stayed two nights at this well positioned hotel in Valdivia. We had a rental car, no problems with parking off street. Room was comfortable, the first room on the 3rd floor was tooo hot! Can you believe it for Chile! but we relocated with no problems. Breakfast included was good,the option of fresh fruit was welcome.
