It looked the same as the pictures. We walked to everything we wanted to see and there were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Owner did not respond immediately and I didn't know how to get into the apartment causing me to panic. Also, it is on the 4th floor but the lights do not turn on automatically in the hall and stairs. The first night I had to use my phone to see up the stairs. There is a light at the bottom but the first day I didn't see it. Other places the lights have motion censors in the stairways.

Walking distance to all the main sights. We could book all four appointments for our family and felt safe.

Apartment 3 and 4 bathrooms had a bad smell from the drains and apartment 2 bathroom exhaust fan needs to be upgraded to combat the steam.

The location is perfect, calm area, with a lot of shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to the center - 15 minutes. Small apartment, suitable for two people. For us was not a problem the lack of elevator. Easy check-in and check-out, clear instructions. It is very convenient that there is 12 min ~700 m. away bus stop (Kvaternikov trg) with direct line for the airport - N290 for 0.93 euro. Bus station is also very close - 10min

There is a problem with the bathroom fan. It works for a while and then suddenly stops.

Absolutely nothing

It was one of the worst and terrible experiences I had in my travels. I have been traumatised. I arrived late night in Zagreb to find the room and toilet were not cleaned and had a bad smell which made me pukish. I tried calling and messaging the hotel manager but no help. I was stuck with no help at midnight and foreign country. The building was old. Absolutely horrendous experience.
