Very clean and new Very happy

Easy to enter the building, nice bathroom and living space. I also enjoyed the cardio that i recieved whilst entering the accommodation.

Sadly the A/C Remote wasn't in the accommodation, whilst i was staying so hopefully next time im there it will be there, as i've heard the summer can be quite hot.

There is no breakfast at the location, but that's not a problem considering that right around the corner is the best pastry shop in the world. After 108 stairs I find a brand new studio flat in a cheerful IKEA style. Cosy, spotless and pragmatic design. Soundproofed with heating which can be regulate and air conditioning and with mosquito nets!!! and blinds on the windows. I really liked that I was spoiled for choice because near were two theaters (one with stand up comedy), City Star cinema center and Culture Factory rock concert hall, small gallery, always full of events. The position of the apartment is such that you can easily and quickly reach any important place in Zagreb by public transport or by foot. The place is more than safe (you can see the building of the Ministry of Armed Forces from the window :):) ). Wi-fi and cooperation with the host were excellent.

Despite the fact that I saw the workers in the building every working day, it did not affect the cleanliness of the stairwell, nor did I hear any noise, they were very discreet. I don't recall anything that could be characterized as negative or of any concern.

Location and amenities

No lift, smelly bathroom a drainage issue smell

The location is very good as it is near the center and easy to travel by tram and on foot .The room it was clean and all necessary thinks in the kitchen and bathroom available.

The flat was smelling of sewerage and it is a reason that i would consider twice to come again .

location is really good, it was winter 0'C outside and room was very warm. there is window wall so bunch of light around. bed was quite confy.

Cheap Host Alert! Rusty trash-bin in toilet, cheapest kitchen towel in kitchen, cheapest 1 layer toilet paper in toilet, only 2 extra rolls for 7 days stay. We contacted the host for change of towels after 3-4 days and extra kitchen towels and toilet paper - they ghosted us, even reported to booking that we never arrived to the room?!
