Harrah’s Lake Tahoe – A Caesars Rewards Destination

We liked the location of the property for the excursions we had planned. We thought the pricing of the food was a little high compared to other place we ate. The service at the 7:00a breakfast was very lacking.

Gambling, proximity to Harvey's, good. Harrahs' is looking a little run down. The furniture in our room needs replacement. Resturaunt choices are lacking. We ate most of our meals at Harvey's.

The bed in our room was old there was a hump in the middle of it and my husband and I sank down into the bed. Both our backs were sore the next day. As far as places to eat the Harrah’s and the ceaser’s across the street only had high end restaurants there was nothing for grab and go and something quick to eat. We had to leave the hotel for dinner.

Front desk on check out was very rude. They didn’t do our room up after the 1st night. Had to call housekeeping twice about the coffee supply needing to be restocked and the television wasn’t working last night. The maintenance man was very helpful about how to work the TV!!

Nice views, friendly staff. The room needed major upgrades. Very old and furniture falling apart. Bathroom and carpet need replacing. Would not stay again without remodel.

Wow (and not in a good way). Dirty room. No maid service for entire 4-day stay(even after promised).

Room needed some repairs. Carpet was lifting up and bunched, floor was dirty, bathroom door had cracks, curtains and chairs in room had stains.

Spectacular all around!

This grand dame is badly in need of remodeling. The good: the room was spacious and had 2 bathrooms! The walls and carpet looked redone. The bed was comfy. Everything was clean. Valet par cost $25 but service was excellent. Bad: the furniture is a disaster. Badly scratched, dented. A hole in the bathroom where tissue should be. Unhinged towel bar. One table over the ottoman an embarrassment
