Harrah’s Lake Tahoe – A Caesars Rewards Destination

Had amenities that others didn't have.

It’s dated. The room was big but needs an update. We stayed over a weekend and there was no live entertainment in Harrah’s or the 3 adjacent casinos, besides one night of Battling Pianos. Tahoe was beautiful, but when we got back to Harrah’s there wasn’t much to do/see.

I did not like they charge a resort fee of $35.00 a day and than a parking fee of $17.00 on top of that

Torn and broken curtains, thermometer eschew and loose from the wall, vanity stool missing, and bureau drawers stuck, scuffed and scratched. Not our idea of a premium room. Can’t imagine what a standard looks like. Sorry.

The employees are wonderful. Excellent customer service

Nice rooms with very comfortable beds. Surprisingly very big rooms.

Been staying here on and off since the 1990's. Not much has changed since then in terms of updating. This place is a time capsule. One of the bathrooms had not been cleaned. Housekeeping sent someone to clean it. It literally takes 5 minutes or more for the shower and sink water to heat up. The "resort fee" is mandatory so why not include it in the room price? Parking for hotel guests is now $20/day to park in a lot outside that used to be free. Ventilation is poor in the casino so the check in area has a smoke smell.

The staff were very pleasant.
