Was a little hesitant about staying here after reading reviews. But i have to say it was tremendous as it always has been in the past!! When we hot married in Lake Tahoe 39 years ago we stayed here, it was Caesars then. We have continued to return here and it never disappoints! The only complaint i would have is that there is NO room service!! Common!! We had an upgrade because of our Vip status, the room did not disappoint!! Beautiful view of the lake and mountains!!

There was no AC on the casino floor, and there was no air in the room as well where I stayed on the 10th floor. The shower was also cold, no hot water. Honestly really disappointed especially spending over five hundred dollars just for the room alone.

The room light switches dis gusting dirty, the pillow smells urine. The carpet is wore out. The phone is so dusty basically the whole room is not clean.
