Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque

We had no hot water in the shower. Told the front desk they said they would send maintenance to go check but maintenance never showed up. We were there Friday-Monday We had to use my daughters shower in her room !!!!

Stay here exclusively. Love this hotel. Of course over the years the hotel has aged and shows signs of aging. But still, my wife and I always go back and still enjoy each stay.

Nice hotel clean rooms employees were great wasn’t in the ghetto

Broken shower curtain rod, bathroom door jammed, lightbulbs were out in vanity area.

I was there because I was having a medical procedure. It took three days of me asking several times a day for a dish kit before I got one. I couldn’t get internet in my room. I was there for six days. I shouldn’t have to continually ask for things that are listed as available in the guest book and advertisement. I was there to rest not do other people’s job. I wish I would have taken pictures. If I would have needed the pullout bed, I would have had to call someone to rearrange the furniture because you couldn’t get it passed the first fold.

Just the perfect fit for the price.

Liked the nearby restaurants and ease if access from the freeway. Too neat a gas station though so cat alarms went off all night. Room was not cleaned well. The desk clerk had two children with her coloring in the guest office space with pages and crayons all over the floor in route to the elevator.

Hotel staff very friendly and the chef for morning breakfast is a wonderful cook

The tub drained slowly, night lamp didn’t work. The noise from traffic was loud
