Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque

Good location. The staff was very helpful. The only thing I didn't like there was a few street people begging for money one lady even said she was staying there and eating breakfast and was talking to me said she was staying in room 140.and then came to my room wanting money later. I asked the front desk if there was a room 140 and they said no.and there was two in parking lot.

The staff was friendly and breakfast was really good. Had to wait for some of the items to be ready but overall good.

Motel is aging and in need of some upkeep. Pleasant place to stay. We have stayed often.

Very filty

The doors don't unlock properly. I was given a full sized coffee maker to have in the room which I greatly appreciated. Breakfast was good but Monday am the eggs and sausage were cold.

Hotel need some upkeep. Had a thundering herd above us when we needed some rest for a early departure the next morning. Service was very accommodating.

Just as stated previously, the two employees who work up front during check in are never very cordial to us. I don't know if they are like that to everyone else. But it is apparent that they recognize us and don't treat us how I would certainly treat a paying customer. All other staff are friendly and very cordial and helpful. That is about the only issue I have with the hotel itself. Other than that, we always enjoy our stays and always return.

Check in and out was very simple. Room was clean, but was obviously an older hotel. Everything seemed to be well maintained. Sfaff was very pleasant. The beds are to the point of needing to be replaced. The topper on the mattress was rather lumpy, but not as uncomfortable as some beds have been. Overall, I pleasant experience.
