Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque

I really didn’t feel safe while at this facility. I am kind of surprise it is a Wyndham. I thought I could get through the entire stay, but by the second night I could not. It was just very dirty. It felt like I had stuff biting me, (seriously thought it had bed bugs). I should have known when the night person on my first night at check in had her entire family present. It was part 11 pm and her kids had been to work with her. Went back downstairs and it felt like a very hostile situation I walked in on regarding transportation to the airport. Overall my experience was horrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Comfortable & quiet

Great place for a quick stay by the airport! Added an extra day on and didn’t feel the need to splurge on an extra night at the hotel I was at for a wedding.

Wasn't the best, the girl up front had major attitude with everyone. one customer was begging her to re-program his card and this did not make sense until later she rolled her eyes at him told him she was too busy. she refused to answer any questions we had or tell me that i was going to be charge extra $100 for security deposits that was a nice shock when i saw my card and argued we only rented one room when i was clearly showing her we had two. finally went to our room the halls smelt of cig smoke no matter the floor. Half the guest were homeless and smelt of boo's. our key barley worked took 8 yes 8 tires to get the key to open the door each time we left the room. this place is run down! parking is so limited plus you have ppl in the parking lot begging for money day and night. for being a hotel by wyndham i was better off staying at motel 6 their rooms are nicer cheaper and not half the homeless traffic we had at this place. plumbing was awful our tub was always clogged and toilet when flushed sounded like the pipes were going to explode. I've stayed at many places this by far was one i will never return too! hire new staff and update your rooms.

The food at breakfast was not so great. Was told over the phone that a shuttle is provided for my specific need. However that was not true. I will stay again if I am back in Albuquerque

Close to the airport. The staff was very friendly.

No parking at all and the little parking they had allowed trucks with trailers to park sideways and take up ALL the spots you have to enter through the front or one door on the side so if you park in back have to walk all the way around in the middle of the night it’s horrible and elevator for suitcases is in front side you have to take stairs at least make people park correctly

The hotel is very old and dated. The bath tube water would drain very slowly.
