"All good otherwise and the food was amazing"

All but a lot of timescale

Front desk staff said I didn’t pay and needed to pay for room before I leave but I explained and showed proof of payment at booking point they didn’t want to accept asked to speak to manager turns out they didn’t receive the money from booking.com apparently

"I expected exceptional stay, how ever human factor disturbed us a lot!"

Location, breakfast was great!

Disaster at checkin, problem with booking, arrogant receptionist! Rooms not ready at 14:00, toilet not properly cleaned. Hotel needs maintenance.

"This was my second visit. Still such a great placece to stay in Skopje"

Spacious and quiet room, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

Cleanness was Ok, but may be more attention should be paid to clean behind the bed
