Hyatt Place Grand Rapids Downtown

Check in was easy. My room was clean and the breakfast was great. The employees that I met were friendly, courteous and were smiling.

Nous avons dû payer notre nuit d’hôtel, alors que nous l’avions déjà réglé sur Booking, même en montrant les preuves, le manager nous a assuré que n’avait pas reçu le paiement… Nous n’avions pas de choix que de payer, sinon nous n’aurions nulle part pour dormir, nous n’avons jamais été remboursé par Booking.

Clean hotel that is super convenient for the Van Andel arena. There is a bar that sells a few food options. Cost of stay adds up because I had to pay for parking and breakfast and I didn't realize that when I booked.

Such comfortable rooms and bar open late downstairs!

A little pricey, but amenities are worth it!

I loved how tastefully decorated my room was -- outstanding! I almost didn't want to leave the hotel. I found it to be both relaxing and invigorating. I also enjoyed the view of downtown at night. In addition, the hotel was fairly priced and in a good location downtown for me. It was super clean and quiet to boot.

Do not stay here… booked our stay online and was confirmed. When we arrived they didn’t have a room for us but payment was processed. The Hyatt never contacted us to let us know our room wasn’t available and sent us to a hotel down the street. Super annoying.

Great stay. Exactly as I hoped for and expected! Every time I stay here, I'm greeted with knowledgeable staff, given useful information. I like how accessible and quickly I can get checked in and access my vehicle as well as the downtown.
