Location was excellent.

Feel like breakfast should go later than 10 on Saturday morning after a late event.

This place is hard to beat. Priced well, great location and the rooms are clean and updated. Worth checking out even if you're a die hard loyalist of other groups.

Newer hotel, nice and clean and spacious. Odd interaction with staff but overall, a good stay. Parking is a bit weird, but once you figure it out, it's OK

Front desk was hard to find on second floor and not marked well. Parking garage was tight and hard to navigate. Had to take two elevators to park and get to room.

Customer Service wasn't top notch and didn't seem to care or give out accurate information esp. about the parking--which is expensive for one night and not even 14 hours ($38?). There ARE ways to park on the street which are cheaper yet we weren't told the whole truth about that with the first person we registered with. Also staff didn't know anything about even a block away from them (restaurants, coffee shops) including how to get a few blocks away where a huge arena is! The room was fine once we asked to have a better one...the first one looked out at a wall...and we had registered prior for and asked for city view and were told at the desk "this was a great room"! NOT! So we went back down and asked for what we had signed up for and were granted a much better view room...the rooms themselves are nice enough. It did seem like there were few people even staying there that Wednesday evening. The bedding wasn't up to winter standards and the bed was hard and uncomfortable; the pillows were like huge rocks and I had a neck ache the next day all day which is rare. We went to breakfast being told it closed at 11 by the clueless front desk staff the night before (who seemed generally unconcerned or untrained about being warm and friendly with your customers). It closed at 9 and we came down minutes before it was closing and were informed hurry up we are closing. There was a lot of variety but what was the hurry? Seemed like all the staff needs a much better training on what their jobs are and should be and how to deal with customers better. I am not usually a complainer but these all are reasons I am hesitant to return.

I like the location , friendly staff and room was clean.

The registration is at the second floor and it was a little confusing to entrance the building , but overall it was great.
