"Disappointing for the cost!"

The rooms were clean.

There was no place that we could gather together to play cards and enjoy our beverages that we brought with us. the rooms have no tables wher people can gather. Breakfast was not included even at the higher price we paid for rooms, the lower rooms had no views and we had to shut shades due to the close proximity to other offices and hotels.

Location is great. Staff were nice

Toliets not working, then got another room and the lamps/phone didn't work in that one. Elevator key card detection didn't work as well

TV not working (did the snowstorm obscure the dish) would not load so could not use the TV in the morning, and the front desk staff at check in gave the wrong hours for breakfast (to multiple people) so when we arrived in the lobby for breakfast, it was cleaned up and closed. Didn't make a good start to the day...

"Wonderful venue and staff"

The room was large and so nicely decorated

My credit card was charged twice because of third party booking and I have to wait for it to be returned tomorrow
