It took me forever to get my drink at dinner. And would’ve loved a hot tub

The front desk staff checked my co-worker in under my name somehow then later when I checked in they gave me a key to the room she was already in, so I walked in on her unexpectedly thinking I was walking into my room. It was a very awkward situation for both of us. I ended up having to stand in a long line of conference goers checking in because of this mix up and then with a room on the back side of the hotel overlooking an alley. I was woken up at 4:30 a.m. to beeping trucks backing down the alley. The whole mix up with the check in process was very concerning as it created some real privacy issues and makes me wonder about overall security. Also the mixup wasted a substantial amount of my time, then ending up with a not great room after all that was very disappointing.

Was breakfast included? If it was we were not aware. Walking distance to the arena was great. Room was quiet and clean.

Went for a dance convention and booked here, I was very unhappy with the signage and direction of how to check in. The loading unloading area to unload your car you had to already have a key card to get in, and no signs telling you where to go check in on the 2nd floor. No parking, have to park in a garage, it is attached to 2nd floor to get in to check in but you don't know that going in. The parking garage is $38 per night, so be sure to factor that in to the cost of your stay. The room was nice, spacious, & clean. Wall paper peeling in bathroom, door lock broken to bathroom, got stuck in bathroom, took me 15 minutes to get out.

The shower floor was crazy slippery.

Hotel room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Location was perfect for our purposes. Our wall of windows directly faced another building very close so we had to keep all privacy shades down so we had privacy.
