Rooms are adequate and location is fantastic. My biggest complaint is poor signage for the parking garage and for the garage elevator. It’s not clear when you enter the garage you should park on level G4 for easy access to the hotel. If you park on any other level you’ll have to deal with stairs. The breakfast was delicious. Loved the fresh made to order omelettes but the breakfast area was not staffed well. The limited number of employees couldn’t keep up with stocking the food and plates. They ran out of clean plates, utensils, milk, fruit, juice and coffee an hour before the complimentary breakfast closed. Complaints to the front desk were only moderately acknowledged by saying they would notify someone. It was apparent there was no manager watching the breakfast area. Seemed like 2 employees were doing all the work and it was too much for them to handle.

There was an issue checking in but the front desk was incredibly helpful getting it sorted out.

The air conditioning did not work in my room and it was in the mid-80's outside every day. My room was extremely hot every evening and I had difficulty cooling off enough to fall asleep. Additionally, the shower head was broken (it was missing the wand piece) so everytime I turned on the shower, water would shoot out of pipe where the missing attachment should have been. Lastly, there were a lot of bugs in my room specifically ladybugs. I was constantly finding them crawling on the drapes, in the bathroom, and on my clothes.
