"Exceptional"

We loved this lodged, we stayed in the family room, it was exceptional, the room was clean, cozy, the staffs so nice, also the breakfast was good, they change the options everyday, and did even a vegan option for me. Definitely trying to stay there again when I’m back in that area.

Staff were great. They drove to Altitude Nozowa to collect us as we were a group. At night they would drive you to your restaurant and pick us up when finished. Excellent service.

The property has a lovely chalet feel about it. Easy 1 min walk up the street to ski down to the lifts. We had the triple room for two of us and it was spacious and quiet. The staff where amazing, nothing was a problem and they were extremely helpful with any questions.

It wasn’t a problem for us but you are 1.8km from the main Madarao Kogan hotel and most of the restaurants and bars. However the lodge has a shuttle service from 4.00pm to 8.30pm. The easy access to the slopes which is not available to allot of other accommodation in Madarao makes up for this.

This place is like a hidden gem. The place was clean and well-kept; staff was friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a cozy place to stay during the winter season!

"Close to mountain"

Nice big room, comfy beds, good breakfast, super close to the slopes. The only negative was there was a smell in the bathroom that smelt like cat urine. Not sure if it was coming up the pipes

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Nice location and guests were very friendly all'round. I was travelling solo with my son so it was great there were other guests similar age to him to connect with.

It was a simple, basic breakfast - could have been bigger with a nicer spread of cold cuts, fruits to complement the main plate. Not a lot of food options close by for dinner.
