Altitude Madarao

I enjoyed the staff and lodging of the Hotel. They were welcoming, accommodating, and friendly.

breakfast was very average. location was wonderful. Justin, Jacob, Josephine and Kate were very accommodating and lovely to deal with.

It would be good if the hotel had a shuttle pick up to Myoko Station

I absolutely loved this lodge. The staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more patient, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. It had a lovely cozy relaxing dining/lounge area that we spent a lot of evenings chatting and playing cards. It was so easy to ski down the slope to the chair lifts. We had an amazing time at this lodge and would highly recommend it, we hope to come again.

Staff were awesome, They were very accommodating with any request and very friendly and fun to engage with. Not so good at card games :). The common area was comfortable and a great place to hangout when not on the slops.

Location of ski lodge, two minute walk and you can ski down to the lifts and we had loads of snow at Christmas. Cute lodge, lovely shared space, better than photos, cosy and loved the breakfast and honesty bar, teas coffees etc in the shared lounge with the fire etc - it was all very lovely and a great experience Our room was great, comfortable and we had a fab stay overall Shuttles from bus station and to restaurants etc super helpful and staff were great at being accommodating - we were early in the season so not loads of restaurants open etc. staff were all English speakers which was helpful for us and they met our request of a specific room which was really kind. Can’t thank individual staff as they didn't introduce themselves by name but they were all nice! Helped sort out hire for ski clothing and equipment at a local shop which was great Lovely warm boot room area for drying things

As mentioned we were early in the season - first guests for the lodge this year - so the seasonal team were still finding their feet with the local area, what was open and what wasn’t, info and recommendations and getting it all up and running - not super responsive when we messaged ahead re arrival times etc but sure it was a very busy time and that will settle. Would be nice to have a little intro on the basics when you arrive. A few little niggles / small things to fix due to the start of season, figuring out heater timings etc but again sorted getting us a spare heater and staff very willing to help.

We loved everything about Altitude Madarao. The location with its easy access to the slopes, the neat and tidy rooms and communal areas, the breakfasts, the views, everything!! But the greatest thing about Altitude Madarao was the staff. All of the staff went above expectations and were only too happy to help with any question or request that we had. Absolutely 11/10 from the staff, and we’ll be back to stay again because the staff made it such an awesome stay.

Staff awesome, facilities awesome, shuttle service. Lots of small added extras. This is a great place to stay and we have stayed in a few around here. We appreciate the staffs efforts that go above and beyond. Brillant and thanks

We really enjoyed our stay at Altitude Madarao. The staff was very kind and helped out where they could, they were very flexible with drop off and pick ups. The breakfast was very good and changed every morning. The place is very cosy and met our expectations!

We had stink bugs in the shower ventilator which was unfortunate.
