Morning Star Diani

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

The Pool water was not that clean.

i like the staff they were very friendly to my wife and me I will recommend this to anyone visiting Diani Beach

I love the food and the swimming pool, including the rooms they are massive

The swimming pool was big and clean

1. The room was stuffy, especially after cleaning 2. Dump towels that were more brown instead of white, 3. Breakfast had minimal selection, I had to request things like bread,spoons, and sausages, and for my food to be reheated. 4.Worst attitudes are the ladies at the cafeteria. All they do is stare and gossip 5.The rooms didn't have some basic necessity as iron box was told the entire place had one so we have to share amongst all the guest.Had to request for a microwave, No water for coffee as it was limited to 2 little bottles per pay. 6.WIFI doesn't work 90% of the time 7.My room had ants 🐜 and I had to keep sweeping called the reception she came with a doom sprayed in the entire room without minding I had a little child it didn't settle the issue called again that's when they brought correct pesticides 8.Was locked outside our room because the lock had rust and had to wait close to an hour to get it changed

The room was clean and spacious. I liked that they provided clean linen and drinking water everyday. We also enjoyed the pool. The buffet breakfast was really nice.

The waiters serving breakfast need customer care skills.
