The location is easily accessible

There's a level of rigidness in the security guards as well as some waitresses. The bed was certainly not the most comfortable. The are too many cats roaming around in the dining area during breakfast. Improvement on customer service is quite necessary. The place has a lot of potential

- good athmosphere, you will forget which day it is - big rooms - breakfast really good and changing a bit everyday - showers and toilets are perfect - nice pool area - very friendly staff

The staff did not action after I reported bedbugs and roaches were in the room.I reported to them and videos of roaches in the room

The uncleanliness of the room to the point there were bugs

The location of the property was convenient

Only stayed at the property for one night, as the A/C was not working and they couldn’t get it fixed asap had to check out and move to another location. The manager was however kind enough to offer a partial refund for the trouble.

Really great staff. Really great location. It's just an awesome resort. Great swimming pool and great restaurant.
