The hotel is immerged in the green and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt among friends. You can reach many places by bike or scooter.

Stunning architecture and gardens/courtyards. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We rented bikes from here which made it super easy to get around the sites near the river. They also helped to arrange for us a private car to return to Guilin with some scenic stops. Food was super tasty. Would definitely stay here again.

We were there in winter and room was freezing cold with noisy air-conditioner to try and warm room unsuccessfully. Bed was uncomfortably hard. We stayed out all day and did not look forward to returning to hotel. Location was distant from town. I suppose it meant we witnessed country life

The property is a collection of lovely heritage stone houses and courtyards in a traditional Ming dynasty village. We had a large, two storey suite with balcony and private terrace! Warm and welcoming staff, and great food in the restaurant! Bicycles to rent, and lots of helpful advice about activities in the area.

The hotel is authentic and absolutely beautiful, it’s located in a quiet, quaint town away from the chaos, but this does mean that everything is a little far away - however, it’s all easily reachable by a Didi or scooter ride. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I also had a delicious meal at the restaurant onsite.
