ARTOTEL Gajahmada Semarang

Great staff!

I recently stayed at Artotel in Semarang and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is a beautiful hotel and very clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay extremely comfortable. In particular Mr Fahmi and Mr Arifin helped me deal with an issue I was having locally days after I had checked out and returned to Australia. I could not recommend the hotel higher and I will certainly be staying again when I return in the coming months.

The hotel is clean and nicely maintained, with artistic flair throughout. I stayed in a corner room blessed with plenty of natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a generous water supply. Breakfast was delicious, made with premium ingredients, and while the variety was limited, it was just right and satisfying. One of the staff, Mr. Adam provided exceptional service during our breakfast, going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well cared for—truly a shining example of hospitality.
