Amazing , absolutely amazing. From the moment we drove up and into the bottom of the mountain we loved it . Everything about the hotel was perfect the maids check your room twice a day and tidy / re stock when needed . The rooms, the bar area the staff all first class . From the balcony you can see pretty much the whole of Zermatt with breathtaking views days and night .

Everything was perfect The location,view,food, staff and the spa The outdoor Jacuzzi was magical. The staff was soo friendly and helped us with all the activities.

The indoor pool was not warm enough

The location and the view is amazing The breakfast was like a Michelin star restaurant The staff are soo friendly helped us with all the tours.
