très bon accueil , hôtel probe très bien placé un petit remarque : manque de protège matelas et pas assez de draps

We arrived late evening to this place with my wife and 2 little kids only to find out that mour room was given to someone else, because.....,.. i missed 3 pm check in time. Even though i paid for that room weeks ago. Apparently THE lady whatsapp’ed me when i was 30000’ in the air and didn’t answer her right away. I didn’t even know that such thing possible. Missing check in time( no mentioning on expedia) for paid room. And then they wanted to send me further away from location without transportation. I had to pay for another hotel and get there waaay late after midnight. I guess striking gold due to new airport location made ‘em think they can make up weird rules. Hope expedia will make things Right. So pissed off

The man in charge at the time was too stingy, we needed excess bedsheets to use as blankets which he was very reluctant to give. Also there was no AC Unit in the room. The bedsheets are crappy, made out of nylon, very uncomfortable.

Apartamento muito bom nas proximidades do novo aeroporto. Taxi barato e leva em torno de 15 minutos a viagem. Os quartos são enormes e muito confortáveis, o apartamento que ficamos possuía um terraço. A equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa, fazendo todo o possível para atender bem. A região possui restaurantes de comida local abertos até tarde e uma cafeteria que parece ser 24 horas. Ótima alternativa para quem tem conexões longas no novo aeroporto.

Procurava um hotel próximo ao novo aeroporto de Istambul, e de fato está a pouco mais de 10 min. Porém, a região é deserta, o quarto não tem ar condicionado, é super barulhento e roupa de cama doméstica e sem muito conforto. O banheiro é bem desconfortável e a ducha velha e pouco higiênico.

Atencion del personal. Pesimo estado de funcionamiento de las lnstalaciones. No se puede siquiera calentar agua y hacerse un té. Sabanas mas chicas que la cama. Ducha que funciona mal .no hay jabon...etc.etc.etc.

Slecht hotel was volgeboekt . En moesten naar andere hotel. Wat verder lag en heel erg slecht was

In der Unterkunft fehlte es an Mulltonnen, oder Mülltuten. Es roch furchtbar nach Chlor. Es war sehr laut, die Unterkunft war auf einer Strasse, wo es sehr viel Verkehr gab. Bis morgens sehr laut, lan hörte sogar die Nachbarn reden. Dusche fehlte es Virhangen, so dass der ganze Boden nass war. Es gab Fernseher, wenn man nichts anderes findet, dann ist es fur eine Ubernachtung ok. Einmal und nie wieder. Da es auch in der Nähe vom Flughafen war, wollten die, Fahrer uns nicht fahren, weil wir keinen hohen Betrag zahlen.

Overnight stop while in transit. Hotel is only 15mim drive from new IST airport. Had an apartment for the famiky to get some hours of sleep during an excessicely long stopover. All went smooth evem the check in in the middle of the night. Only point to mention was the bedding and pullows were amongst the worst ever seen. Polyester covered sheets and pillows were the only points yhta were not up to expectations. Apartmemt was very spacious and in good clean condition overall.

My stay was OK. It was handy for shopping and dining. Clean bedroom and living area. WiFi is good.
