My main hang up was that in the whole hotel there was no microwave available...incredible in this day and age. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Very thin walls, was woken up by neighboring room water turned on in the bathroom, room service talking in the next room and of course all the commotion from the street it is on. Old carptrt

They need to paint the hallways and rooms and change out the carpet in all the hallways……those look terrible. The beds are great and it’s clean in the room.

We thought the hotel was so convenient to transportation, shops and restaurants.  We were able to walk most places. The staff were very friendly. The hotel itself was nice.

Zevi turkish cafe was good. Good breakfasts and fast service. Good luggage storage service. From morning to late evening. Has a good restaurant.

Misleading and disappointing — hidden fees and inaccurate room details I was not informed about the additional parking fee until after I had already checked in and asked where to park. It was frustrating to find out I had to pay extra per night without any prior notice. The room was also not as advertised. I booked a room with two queen beds, but what we got were more like twin beds — definitely not what was promised. I wish this property was more upfront and transparent so that guests know what to expect. Unfortunately, this experience left a lot to be desired. Also, there was no one in the front lobby to let me in and I stayed outside for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to arrive and let me in.

Very good location, hotel needs update, too few sockets in room to charge your electronics. Deposit of 50$ per night is far too exagerrated. One month after check-out, deposit still not deducted from creditcard. They even take deposit of 5$ when buying bottle of water of 1$. These deposits are a rip-off.
