Great staff and clean facilities

The property was clean and well prepared.

We spent five nights here and were very impressed overall.

The reception, restaurant, luggage staff, etc. are all very courteous, and the guest rooms are very clean. I have to mention that the bathroom faucet has a huge amount of water. This is the most comfortable bathroom experience I have been traveling for decades. For this reason, I may still choose this hotel when I visit Chiang Mai next time.

The hotel is clean and spacious. There isn’t much view. It is in a convenient location accessible to all venues and night markets. Taking taxi is easy to go around the city. The staffs are very courteous and helpful.

Overall, it was ok. It's not a 5-star hotel, it's more like a good 3-star property. The room was large, very clean, well cared for, and had a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The dining options were very, very limited and mediocre at best. Room service ends at 9pm rather than being 24 hours as advised. The staff is nice but could be trained better to be more helpful. There is a feee parking garage which was nice. The location is outside of Old Town; it's about an 8 minute tuk-tuk ride to old town. It was easy to get a Grab (uber) and/or tuk-tuk but there wasn't much within walking distance. Would I stay again? Yes, as the room was very comfortable but don't expect much else.

Wonderful staff who is always there to help. Cleanliness top notch. This is newly built wing of earlier existing hotel which is built to taste. They can help you with tours and arrange tuk tuk as well. Walking to night bazaar which makes it convenient.

My family and I love the hotel! We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are polite, helpful and attentive. I would stay there again and again. Great job, and keep up the good work.
