Empress Premier Hotel

An impressive and well appointed hotel. The staff are an absolute delight, very attentive and cheerful. We stayed over New-Year and had a wonderful evening of good food and entertainment. Loved it.

Overall it is excellent, but the facilities like fitness center and swimming pool close too early at 7pm

Nice and helpful staff

Quite a nice hotel but always seemed deserted to me and lacking atomsphere. It is the superior Hotel to the Empress whicxh is right next door. Rooms were fine, clean and no complaints. The breakfast buffet was only average compared to other hotels I have stayed in. There is the Elephant bar to go for a drink in the evenings but the 3 occassions I went in there I was the only customer, totally empty. The Hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the Night market which is of course a big attaction to visitors to Chang Mai. I was staying at the Hotel flor a Confeence in the huge Convention centre which is only about 100 metres from the Hotel. Staff at the Hotel were very efficient and helpful and the lady in the Elephant bar was particulary friendly and helpful, sorry cannot remember her name.

Was given a bag full of junk food at check in. Perhaps this was to make up for the lack of dining options. Reception staff did not acknowledge me when I came in or out of hotel. Taxi to the airport provided by the hotel was double the going rate.

I stayed there during 15-21 Nov, 2023. My stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was too good. the staff was very cooperative. Access to market was very easy. but as i was sharing the room with another colleague and she checked in one day earlier. so no fruit basket and other welcome accessories was not shared with me but all the other participant also have that. Very warm welcome was given to all guest always.

This is a first class hotel with really nice rooms. We received a generous supply of fruits and snacks. Didn't stay long enough to try the restaurant or spa, but did enjoy the breakfasts very much - huge variety of great food was available.

Great hotel and staff

Very classy hotel with well stocked rooms. Generous goody bags and an excellent breakfast.

Klasse Hotel, tolle Zimmer und sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Ich bekam ein kostenloses Upgrade in eine Suite. Dazu eine riesige Tasche mit Geschenken. Unglaublich. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig. Ich komme wieder
